How to choose the right sweater?
Remember - the final and aesthetic appearance of a sweater consists of several factors that you should pay attention to when shopping. First of all, the composition: yarn made of natural raw materials, which we have described in detail in previous entries (HERE a link to the entry about materials such as merino wool, cashmere or alpaca) and of natural origin (viscose, modal, lyocell) has thermoregulatory properties. In practice, these properties mean that the sweater warms up, but at the same time does not overheat our body, and also has a high hygroscopicity (moisture absorption) index, thanks to which such a sweater will be comfortable, functional and pleasant to the touch. The most popular sweaters with acrylic, polyacrylic or polyester do not have these properties, so such a sweater will not warm you up and will not give your skin proper breath, which will cause you to sweat.
